With RFID technology and modern equipment, the system will ensure that HR always has documents and records of its employees' schedules at hand, receiving alerts and useful information to support the decision
How it works?

With antennas installed at strategic points at the entrance and/or exit of the cold room, the system detects the passage and exit of employees, through RFID tags installed on helmets or other parts of the uniform
All information is transferred instantly to the server, allowing the manager to view the information on the cell phone or desktop
For situations where it is not possible to attach the tags to the uniform, a station is installed for reading RFID badges. At this station, the employee views the status of his/her journey through a tablet, if he is authorized to leave or return to the chamber, receiving a light and sound alert

Inside and outside the cold room, loudspeakers and monitors are strategically installed to let employees know when it's time to leave or enter. Every employee is called by name using an automated voice, without the need for human interference.
At the end of the month or whenever necessary, HR can issue each employee's time report for signature. With this signed report, the company now has written proof of compliance with the NR36 time rules
